We are investigating an issue that has resulted in a duplication of accounts in the Pronto system. This appears to be symptom of duplicate student login entries created in the Learning Management System (Canvas) by the new Student Information System (Sonis/Jenzabar). The technical team is working with Pronto and the technical teams from the LMS and SIS providers to reach a resolution.

Launch of New Student Portal
The old student portal (COMmons) is being replaced with a platform called Sonis that provides more functionality. This video explains to students how to access it and the features it provides; including making payments and accessing forms like the 1098-T.
The launch is planned for the morning of Jan 27th at 8am.
[UPDATE] – The portal launch is slightly delayed due to a technical issue with logging in. This will be resolved shortly.
